The project of the care facility for elderly people in Malgrat de Mar could not be executed because of external reasons. The building was remarkable for its big built area with a big central square where different services such as a hairdresser, a restaurant or shops were located. The structure respected the spaces for the professionals to assist and take care of the elderly people.
